The cost to a member is $20.00 for the member and $10.00 for any members of your family.
The most a member would pay for insurance would be $30.00 no matter how many members of your family are insured. |

Dues (Not paid by probationary members) |

| The cost to a member is $20.00. Dues are not refundable once paid. Dues are not paid for family members. | ||

Annual dues (for full members) and insurance (for everyone) are due and payable on
January 1
of each calendar year.
Members in arrears for more than three (3) months after payment is due, i.e.
by March 31st, shall be notified via email or postal mail that they are delinquent in payment of annual dues.
If payment is not received by June 30th of that calendar year, the member will be notified that he has been dropped from COUG membership. The former member will be deleted from the web site; and from all COUG Group email listings; and from notification or inclusion in any COUG events. Amount due for insurance and dues are: A full member (no family members) pays $40.00 ($20.00 dues and $20.00 insurance) A full member (family members) pays $50.00 ($20.00 dues and $30.00 insurance) A probationary member (no family members) pays $20.00 (Insurance) A probationary member (family members) pays $30.00 ($20.00 insurance and $10.00 family insurance) All checks should be made payable to: Confederation Of Union Generals and mailed to: |
